Transportation Forms

Dear Parents,

Just a reminder that April 1st is the New York State Education Department deadline for parents to submit bus transportation requests to their home school district for school bus transportation to private schools within 15 miles of their home for children in grades K-8.

Important information to use when completing the transportation form:

2025 School Start Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025

In addition, you will need to register your child in your home school district in order for The Bridges Academy to obtain textbooks for the 2025-2026 school year. Please call your district's registration department for more information.
